E-novation has implemented an ISO 9001 Quality Management System to control the quality of its products and structure its processes on the 5 Lean Principles of manufacturing. Stringent procedures are in place for enhanced quality control. Further enhancement of these procedures can be implemented if a client has requirements beyond the standard ISO definitions.

E-Novation has implemented ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System to assist with maintaining our focus on the environmental impact of our business.
We use low-consumption LED lights equipped with performance optimisation technology in our workshop.
Our Okuma CNC machines are equipped with the
latest environmentally friendly technologies such as the Thermo-friendly system, an Energy-saving NC unit (60% less energy consumption compared with previous Okuma machines), an Energy Saving Drive (15% less energy consumption compared with previous Okuma machines) and other power saving functions.
We also have waste and swarf management systems in place for separating different materials to facilitate recycling of the waste produced during our manufacturing processes.
