Our brand new 4 Axis Okuma CNC Machines combined with SolidCam software, our ISO 9001 based Quality Management System and our highly experienced operators are reasons we can deliver what we promise.
Our 4 Axis CNC Okuma Lathe is equipped with a Multitasking V12 Turret which provides the ability to control cutting of parts in two perpendicular planes and along the spindle axis and face of turning parts. In other words, this lathe can “turn” the parts and mill in one go meaning higher accuracies due to elimination of double handling. Depending on the size and complexity, the parts may be finished on the lathe with no need for milling. Our workshop is capable of manufacturing parts and assemblies from prototypes, through to low volume production and mass production.

The 4th degree of freedom is provided by a rotary table mounted on the machine which enables complicated parts machining.
This 4th degree of freedom adds flexibility to the machine's functionality in the manufacturing of intricate pressing tools and forging molds, and enables higher accuracy and a better finish. This feature can be employed when machining complicated profiles such as helix gears and curved parts, complex contours, including spirals and parts with negative slopes.
The rotary table allows multiple faces to be machined and finished without the need to move the workpiece between fixtures, hence eliminating repositioning referencing inaccuracies.
