We are expert in Metal Powder Bed Fusion(MPBF) also known as selective Laser Melting(SLM) technology in manufacturing metal components.
Wide range of stock powder from Stainless Steel 316, Titanium, Aluminium, Inconel 625, Inconel 728 and more with proven mechanical properties are available to support your manufacturing projects.
Equipped with the state-of-the-art Dual-Laser EP-M260 metal printer at our Perth facility and access to a network of larger machines through our partner printing farm, we are capable of easily and quickly converting CAD data into high-performance, complex structure metal parts. The 3D printer is an ideal choice for medium sized parts and small batch production.
Production Capabilities
Our Dual-Laser EP-M260 metal printer with 2 x 500 WA IPG laser, can print a variety of metals such as Titanium Alloy, Aluminium Alloy, Nickel Alloy, Maraging Steel, Stainless Steel, Cobalt Chrome, Copper Alloy, etc. The build volume for our machine in Perth is D x W x H: 260 x 260 x 390 mm, however larger parts, can be printed through our partners printing farms. We also have a 1200 °C heat treatment furnace, cleaning, polishing and other post processing equipment in house.
